I know this post is pretty old but it's the best help I've found so far. Unfortunately I'm not seeing a Tomcat welcome page, and even putting a file explicitly in the webapps directory, I just get an Apache/Tomcat 404 error. Also, my Tomcat seems to be listening on 8180...
